Let me set the record straight,
You guys should try Win Lap's Kon Lou Mee.
The Kon Lou Mee comes with a bowl of soup with meatballs, wan tan (dumpling) and pork in it. Truly Sabahan style. Price is at RM5.
My dad had a mild headache that Sunday morning, so he ordered this plate of bittergourd cooked with pork, black beans, ginger and some chillis, and boy they taste good. The writer is a big fan of bittergourd :)
Apart from Kon Lou Mee, they have Kon Lou Kuey Teow as well. My younger brother ordered this plate of Kon Lou Kuey Teow with "Sau Nyuk" (roasted pig) on top of it.
Win Lap is also well known for their Mee Soup.
So folks, do come down to Kedai Kopi dan Makan Win Lap for their Kon Lou Mee (Meehoon/Kuey Teow) or Mee (Meehoon/Kuey Teow) Soup. It's definitely worth the visit.
By the way, you guys can actually decide how your plate of Kon Lou Mee or a bowl of Mee Soup is going to be like, so it's totally up to you!
